Two ways to do it. Both delete the same things, and
both are permanent — there is no undo and no recovery period.
In the app — immediate
Open You → Account → Delete account and confirm. The account and
everything synced to it are removed as you watch. You do not need to contact
anyone.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Email hello@flutterwizard.app
from the address you signed in with, or tell us the phone number you used if
you signed in by SMS. We need that to be sure we are deleting the right
account.
We action these within seven days and reply when it is done. You do not
need to reinstall the app.
What is deleted
Your account and the sign-in identifier behind it — the email address
or phone number.
Your synced learning progress: lessons finished, quiz scores, concept
mastery, streak and XP.
Any feedback or bug reports you sent from inside the app, including
screenshots attached to them.
What is not, and why
Progress stored on your own device is not touched by this — it
never left the phone. Remove it with You → Reset progress, or by
uninstalling the app.
Aggregate counts — how many people finished a lesson — remain,
because they contain nothing that identifies you and cannot be traced back
to an account.
Subscription records, if you ever bought one, are held by Apple
or Google rather than by us. Cancel a subscription in your store account;
deleting this account does not cancel it.
How long it takes
Deletion in the app is immediate. Backups are overwritten on a rolling
thirty-day cycle, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for up to
thirty days before it is gone entirely. Nothing in that backup is readable
by us or served to the app.
